The data controller for personal data collected through this website is Messrs. Esther Ong Tengku Saiful & Sree (E | T | S), operating the ESG & Sustainability Practice.

The only place this website collects personal data is the contact form. When you submit it, we collect:

• Your company name (if provided)
• Your email address
• Your phone number (if provided)
• The content of the message you send us

2.2 No Other Collection

This website does not have user accounts, does not sell products online, and does not otherwise collect personal data through any other mechanism.

3. Why We Collect It

We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not repurpose it for anything beyond replying to what you asked us.

4. Legal Basis and Your Consent

Under the PDPA, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent. You give that consent by ticking the consent checkbox on the contact form before submitting it. If you do not tick the checkbox, the form cannot be submitted and we will not receive or process your data.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. Contact form submissions are processed by Resend, our email delivery provider, which processes the name, company name, email address, phone number and message you submit solely to deliver your enquiry to us. We do not share your data with any other third party.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months from the date of the enquiry, after which they are deleted.

7. Cookies and Analytics

This website does not use cookies or any analytics or visitor-tracking tool.

You may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you.

8.2 Right of Correction

You may ask us to correct any personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
